The JXL remix of A Little Less Conversation hit number one on the UK singles chart.  This is the first time for Elvis to top the UK chart in 25 years and it breaks his tie with the Beatles for most UK number ones. His total now stands at 18.
Recognized worldwide as one of the most influential figures in music and pop culture, Elvis Presley is today on the verge of another career milestone, nearly 25 years after his death. Presley’s classic A Little Less Conversation, re-mixed by progressive DJ JXL, was released worldwide by RCA/BMG as a commercial single on the 10th of June (USA released on June 25). The track has been tapped as the soundtrack to Nike’s already highly talked-about, worldwide advertising campaign, Secret Tournament that began airing worldwide on the 4th of April and is scheduled to run through this summer’s football World Cup.
The UK is the first territory to release the single and the reaction has been a mix of delight, surprise and respect. It had already received exceedingly high radio support, with the majority of national and regional stations (including Capital FM and Radio 1) adding it to their playlist over 6 weeks up-front. Among those who were featuring the single include Pete Tong, Sara Cox, Dr Fox, Steve Lamaq and Jo Whiley (who has had more requests for this record on her show, than any other in her history at Radio 1).
This is the first time ever the Elvis Estate and RCA have allowed a remix of an Elvis track. The remix of A Little Less Conversation has renewed a huge buzz around Elvis in the run up to the 25th anniversary of his death. This track is likely to deliver Elvis to a new generation of music fans in an unexpected, cool and compelling way.
The CD includes a radio edit version, an extended version and the original A Little Less Conversation. Great CD, hope you bought a copy. Just so you know, fireworks sound effects are not included in song.
A little less conversation, a little more action please
All this aggravation ain't satisfaction in me
A little more bite and a little less bark
A little less fight and a little more spark
Close your mouth and open up your heart and baby satisfy me
Satisfy me baby

Baby close your eyes and listen to the music
Drifting through a summer breeze
It's a groovy night and I can show you how to use it
Come along with me and put your mind at ease

A little less conversation, a little more action please
All this aggravation ain't satisfaction in me
A little more bite and a little less bark
A little less fight and a little more spark
Close your mouth and open up your heart and baby satisfy me
Satisfy me baby

Come on baby I'm tired of talking
Grab your coat and let's start walking
Come on, come on
Come on, come on
Come on, come on
Don't procrastinate, don't articulate
Girl it's getting late, gettin' upset waitin' around

A little less conversation, a little more action please
All this aggravation ain't satisfaction in me
A little more bite and a little less bark
A little less fight and a little more spark
Close your mouth and open up your heart and baby satisfy me
Satisfy me baby

Pledge of Allegiance

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the
Republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with
liberty and justice for all.

As many of you have heard, in a 2-1 decision, the 9th
U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals of the United States said the phrase "one
nation under God" in the Pledge of Allegiance amounts to a government
endorsement of religion and is in violation of the separation of church
and state as set forth by the U.S. Constitution.  There has been wide
spread public outcry to this ruling. (To read  more about this ruling,
