I love this song.  The first really awesome seat I had in Vegas, I was sitting right at the stage, just slightly to the left of center stage.  Elvis stood right in front of me when singing this song, and I'll never forget watching him tap his feet while he was singing.  I could have reached out and touched his feet.  I was so thrilled with my seat that I didn't make any motion to Elvis for a scarf while he was singing this song.  But at the end of the show, Elvis was way over on the other side of the stage from me, singing "Can't Help Falling in Love" and I waved to him to come over to my side of the stage.  So he walked over to me and I told him I loved him and he bent down to give me a scarf.  The girl sitting beside me was trying to get my scarf, but Elvis stood back up and just shook his head at her.  He then knelt down and put the scarf in my hands and kissed me.  I was SO excited.  Elvis turned around to walk back towards Charlie, and the girl sitting by me was just crying her heart out.  So when Elvis turned around to face us again, I pointed at the girl and he came over and gave her a scarf and kiss.  What a magical night it was.

This Is Her Story

You came when I was happy in your sunshine
I grew to love you more each passing day
Before too long I’d filled my world around you
Yeah and I prayed you loved enough of me to stay

If you love me let me know
If you don't let me go
I can't take another minute of the day without you near
If you love me let it be
If you don't set me free
Take the chains away that keep me loving you

The arms that open wide to hold me closer
The hands that run their fingers through my hair
The smile that says hello it's good to see you
Any time I turn around and find you there

It's this and so much more that makes me love you
What else can I do to make you see
You know you'll have whatever's mine to give you
Yeah but a love affair for one it can never be

If you love me let me know
If you don't let me go
I can't take another minute of the day without you near
If you love me let it be
If you don't set me free
Take the chains away that keep me loving you

Take the chains away that keep me loving you
